Veloharmony’s bike repair online booking service enables bike repair online appointment access for the convenience of all our customers. This allows selection of services based on individual or general service needs of each customer.
Are you tired of being ignored when you enter a bike shop for service, or being made to feel uncomfortable because you bike was not purchased from that shop or is not expensive enough? Well we feel that’s bad for cycling in general and we provide the best bike customer service for all bikes whether they cost $50 or $5000.

We offer 24-hour service turnaround on bikes of any brand (*excluding certain e-bike models, complete overhaul tune-up & bikes needing special order parts).You will be given a specific turnaround at ‘drop-off’ after assessment of your bike.
*24 hour turn around is limited and varies with the time of year . Excludes Complete Overhaul Tune ups and all services requiring special order parts.
What sets us apart from everyone else? We want people riding their bikes. We inform all our customers about how to best care for their bikes between service intervals. We offer a complimentary basic bike fit (heel method) with every bike assembly or Tune-up purchased. *This ensures that our customers will enjoy their bike efficiently once they get out there.
We treat all our customers with respect; regardless of how they look, what they wear, their cycling knowledge or lack thereof, or how much they would like to spend on their bike’s service. We only recommend service that is necessary; to ensure the bike is safe and in proper working order.
*Select the appropriate service option(s) when booking your appointment. or use the order notes during checkout, to tell us as best as you can, the issues you are having with your bike or the service you need. * All booking deposits credited to final Invoice.
Bike Repair while you wait
*Tune-ups and other jobs requiring special order parts will need to be dropped off. Smaller Jobs can be done while you wait. E.g. Check-up, Safety Check, flat repair, minor adjustments etc.
If you are not sure, select *Drop-off* we will confirm when your bike is assessed.
Please be on time for your appointment to enable us to:
- look over your bike properly and determine it’s actual service needs
- give you an actual delivery date if it requires to be dropped off
Excessively Dirty bikes incur a $25 cleaning charge.

Keeping your bike tuned-up is very important. Regular tune-ups help riders catch problems before they turn into major disasters. They also ensure bikes operate at peak performance
Whether you use your bike to commute to work, exercise, run errands, make deliveries, or just get out and ride every now and then. We have a tune-up package in our bike repair shop to fit the needs of your bicycle. All of our following packages include adjustments only, the cost of any part that may be needed is not included although the labor cost for installing the part may be included.

Standard Tune-Up Level 1
Recommend every 25+ hours/90 Days of cycling or before your big rides or events.
Our STANDARD Tune-Up package is ideal for bikes that are in reasonably good condition requiring only basic adjustments of all the major components ensuring that the bike is in safe working condition.
- Wheel True Front/Rear (Lateral True)
- Tire/Tube Installation Labor included if needed
- Bearing Adjustments in Headset/Bottom Bracket/Hubs

Advanced Tune-Up Level 2
Recommended after every 50+ hours / 6+ months of cycling.
Our Advanced Tune-Up package is ideal for bikes that have quite a bit of wear and tear requiring the adjustment of major components & installation of MOST replacement parts.
Includes Standard Level 1 Tune Up Plus
- Removal and Cleaning of Drivetrain
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES THE LABOR COST TO REPLACE MOST COMMON PARTS
Complete Overhaul Tune-Up Level 3
Recommended after every 100+ hours of riding and for bikes with unknown maintenance history and all bikes that have been out of service in excess of 12 months.
*Not Eligible for same day repair*
The Complete Overhaul Tune-Up is our most thorough and comprehensive tune-up package. Ideal for those who demand that their bike perform at its optimal performance level. Includes the labor cost to install any replacement part that may be needed.
Includes Advanced Level 2 Tune Up Plus
- Complete Overhaul Of Headset, Bottom Bracket, And Hubs.
- Advanced wheel true: tires are removed for truing
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES THE LABOR COST TO REPLACE ALL PARTS
OUR TUNE-UP PACKAGES ONLY REFLECT LABOR COST AND NOT THE COST OF ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT MAY BE NEEDED.
*Upon your approval, you will be upgraded to the next value package if during inspection, we find items that need to be repaired that are not covered in this package and would otherwise be more costly if you are charged for individual
*We currently have a 3-7 day turnaround time on all Tune-ups with parts in Stock. Complete Overhaul Tune ups or bikes requiring non-inventory parts are not eligible for our 24 hour service.
