All of our following packages include adjustments only, the cost of any part that may be needed is not included although the labor cost for installing the part may be included.
Standard Tune-Up Level 1
Recommend every 25+ hours/90 Days of cycling or before your big rides or events.
Our STANDARD Tune-Up package is ideal for bikes that are in reasonably good condition requiring only basic adjustments of all the major components ensuring that the bike is in safe working condition.

Complete Overhaul Tune-Up Level 3
Recommended after every 100+ hours of riding and for bikes with unknown maintenance history and all bikes that have been out of service in excess of 12 months.

Bike Assembly
Should I pay to have my bike assembled?
Yes. Hands down. A bike has many adjustments on it that need to be made, often times using a very specific tool.
Why is bike assembly necessary?
There is more to assembling a bicycle than, just putting it together. The bike must be finely tuned by a technician to make it bike run better, feel better, and last longer; ensuring your safety. Out of the box, the bike is put on a stand, and visually inspected for any flaws, defects or shipping damage. The wheel, wheels bearings, bottom bracket and headset bearings require proper adjusting for your bike to function well.
Bikes are routinely shipped with maladjusted bearings and need to be tuned to avoid damage and diminish your riding experience. This ensures you won’t end up with a defective bike, right out of the box and ruin your cycling experience with rubbing brakes, tight maladjusted bearings.
So make sure before riding a bike you ordered online or picked up from the local big box store(s), that you get it tuned up by a competent bicycle mechanic and pay the *extra cost for a bike fit: the seat height and bars are set properly for your ergonomic riding comfort.
Our bike assembly does not include a bike fit. Proper settings for your seat height, handlebars and bar levers are at an additional cost.

Bicycle Shop Service Policies:
- Our shop labor rate is $90/hr.
- All special order parts and work related labor deposit required at Drop-off.
- All Tune Up packages will include an additional shop supply charge.
- Tune Up charges do not include cost for any needed parts. Additional labor charges may apply for the installation of parts or accessories, depending on Tune Up package chosen.
- Excessively dirty or muddy bikes are subject to a $25 cleaning fee.
- Due to limited shop space, bikes left longer than 3 days after completion will incur a $6/day storage fee beginning on 7th day. On the 14th day after completion, if arrangements for pickup have not been made; all bikes not picked up, will either be sold to recover the cost of the repair & storage, or donated to a local charity.

We guarantee complete work on any bike you bring for service for 30 days after the service is rendered. Our guarantee means you only pay for our service once. If you’re not satisfied, we will continue to diagnose and service your bike for FREE (up to 30 days after the original service), until it’s right as long as the problem is specifically related to our service.
